Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute digital media plans that align with client objectives and target audience demographics. Manage media budgets effectively to optimize ROI and achieve campaign goals. Liaise with media vendors and partners to negotiate rates and secure placements. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media planning. Work closely with Creative & Operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams. Requirements · Bachelor's in Marketing, preferably an MBA. ·1-2 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing firm. · Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks, etc. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively. · Knowledge of the Indian media landscape and consumer behavior trends is a plus.
