Job Description We are looking for an outstanding Customer Success Specialist to join our team to provide excellent support for our clients. The position will ensure the success of our clients by providing support throughout their journey with ClearDesk talent.

Core Responsibilities - Ensure that our remote teams are providing excellent support to our clients. - Work one-on-one with clients, guiding them through the customer journey and fostering a positive connection. - Identify, document, and take ownership of clients' issues, seeing problems through until there’s a resolution. - Set up regular check-ins to deliver customer success.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - 2+ years working in a Customer Success role for global teams - Experience in a customer-facing role with B2B experience - Experience using any CRM (Customer Relationship Management software), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
