Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager in Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the timely dispatch of goods managing a team of up to 5 individuals and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders regarding logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely Dispatch Management: Supervise and coordinate the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers. Develop and implement strategies to optimize dispatch processes and minimize delays.

2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees including dispatch coordinators and logistics associates. Provide guidance training and support to ensure team members perform at their best and meet operational objectives.

3. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement warehouse and transportation to streamline logistics operations. Coordinate with external partners including carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.

4. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders including customers suppliers and management to keep them informed about the status of logistics operations. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and uphold customer satisfaction.

5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch efficiency ontime delivery and team productivity. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

NOTE : This role is completely work from office & 6days (MonSat) in Sec66 Gurugram Haryana.
