Job description
Supervise a team of SEO specialists, communicating with the clients
Plan, develop roadmap and Implement SEO strategy
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
Work with the content and tech team to optimize the site on an ongoing basis
Ownership & reporting of key SEO performance metrics
Coordinating with content and development teams
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimisation
Review technical SEO issues including website architecture and recommend fixes
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs etc) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
At least 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience for B2B & B2C clients
Proven track record of increasing leads, and organic traffic through SEO and successful website migration
Understanding of Tech SEO, UX, Content, Advanced Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPAs, ReactJS, and different types of rendering processes
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
Passion for SEO and overall Internet marketing
Excellent communication and project management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
