Work closely with senior leadership across Fractal CPG practice and customer teams to drive customer and product success.
Train machine learning and deep learning models on large scale time series datasets
Maintain, refine and upgrade the data science engine.
Prototype and bring thought leadership in problem solving and owning the solution end to end.
Use data wrangling and exploration to extract insights and relationships from the data
Perform descriptive analysis and build visualizations to help customer understand what drives the business metrics.
Conduct research and prototyping innovations; data and requirements gathering; solution scoping and architecture; consulting clients and client facing teams on advanced statistical and machine learning problems.
Collaborate and coordinate with different functional teams (engineering and product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Lead technical and business discussions with the customers (mix of KPIs, metrics, data science, data engineering, domain discussions Customer management and PoV project management.
Configure the product, configure multiple AI pipelines and run the engine Hold user and stakeholder workshops to show-case results, give overview of product functionality.
Required Skills:
5+ years of work experience related to data science, analytics
Experience working with demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, driver analysis, time series analysis, statistical models, regression models and deep learning models
Strong technical knowledge of Regression, Classification, Bayesian and Probabilistic Models
AI ML Experience working with AI products, data science packages, etc.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience of CPG industry and applying AI/Analytics methods to CPG demand and supply operations
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL
Preferred to have experience on Azure Databricks
Preferred to have experience on MLOps
Preferred to have prior experience working on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) areas in CPG
