Job description
As the Vice President of Branding and Advertising, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding strategies that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Leveraging your expertise in advertising, you will lead a team to create compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and vision.
Lead the development and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and more.
Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging is integrated into all aspects of the business, including product development, customer experience, and communications.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
Monitor industry trends, market insights, and consumer behaviour to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Oversee advertising budget allocation and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in branding and advertising, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and brand development.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Deep understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
