Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition Technology & Systems

Introduction to role:

Are you ready to champion evolution in our dynamic and agile environment We are seeking a Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, who will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of key Talent Acquisition Technologies such as Workday Recruiting (WDR), Paradox & Beamery. This role also focuses on technology-enabled process & Candidate Experience (CX) enhancements aligned to our CX Principles and broader CX Strategy.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Manager, you will have deep technical expertise in key TAq Technologies, primarily (but not limited to) the WDR ATS, Paradox AI, and Beamery CRM. You will play an active role in the Workday Community to effectively represent the TAq requirements and needs of AZ, including participation in Workday's Design Partner Groups. You will ensure full adoption of all functionalities currently deployed in WDR and Beamery, including all required communication and training. You will also lead WD Recruiting related strategic projects such as deploying configurable offers.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Relevant experience and a depth of knowledge in recruitment systems, processes, and workflows in the Workday Recruiting ATS
  • In-house recruitment and/or RPO background with strong experience in using and/or implementing Workday Recruiting ATS
  • Strong MS Excel data manipulation and analytical skills
  • Expert in Visio and/or other process creation tool
  • Strong change and project management
  • Experience of working within a complex global matrix environment
  • Knowledge and passion for Candidate Experience
  • Strong communication skills with experience in training and presenting

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
  • Experience within an operational Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences sector.
