Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Data-Tech-AI

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure successful delivery of the process transformation commitments to our clients.

Responsibilities

· Analyze and test Investor accounting system functionality across legacy system and go-to system.

· Application of advanced knowledge of MS Excel - VBA macros, VLOOKUP’s, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc. to setup Investor accounting fee calculations for different investors across hedge funds.

· Application of knowledge of SQL query building and VB programming to apply and automate fee calculations across investors.

· logical ability to quickly assess changing requirements and apply them accurately for different hedge funds.

· Transparent communication to different stakeholders across global locations.

· Understand basic accounting concepts.

· Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUP’s, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc.

· Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup.

· Organize, lead, and facilitate client calls.

· Ensuring operational rigor/governance activities are adhered and followed upon

· Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard and the SLA reporting.

· Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the same.

· Proactively managing staffing/new hires in the process.

· Build and maintain effective partnership with key cross functional leaders.

· Managing day to day people and process issues like shrinkage, client escalation, work queue management etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or master's /MBA in either of the following disciplines: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science (B. Tech/ M.Tech). CFA/CA would be an added advantage.

· Significant years of experience in Technology & Engineering domain.

· Expertise in the following tools is required-o MS Excel - VBA macros, VLOOKUP’s, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc. o MS PowerPoint – preparing client presentation of MS Visio / process mapping tool. 

· Ability to drive conversation with client and internal leadership.

· Steer client calls, governance meetings.

· Escalation management.

· Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker.

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – verbal and written.

· Excellent presentation skills – in person & virtually.

· Ability to work effectively in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Added experience in a financial process/services domain is highly desirable.

· Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

· Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

· Reporting/ Reconciliations experience will be preferred.

· Testing experience will be preferred.
