Job description
Work with multiple stakeholders, clients and vendors to coordinate, execute and oversee all project management operations.
- Liaising between trainers, Vendors and internal team to ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled projects and deliverables.
- Create Proposals, Interact with the client, travel & coordinate,
- Ensuring the whole execution goes flawless and keeping a close eye on each project being serviced.
- Understanding Training Program requirements in terms of Study Materials, Classrooms, Trainers, LMS, etc support in content development and ensure that everything is in place to facilitate programs are launched and completed as per schedule.
- Calendaring the training schedule to have optimum utilization of Trainers and resources
- Ensuring that assessments and feedback are conducted on time and certificates are issued accordingly.
- Preparing all mandatory training reports and publishing it on time.
- Managing resources as per training and be proactive in understanding their requirements to ensure the required training standards are met.
- Co-ordinate with all the stakeholders both internal and external
. • Maintain good relationships with clients to generate leads for new and repeat business
• Follow up on enquiries to convert to training programs
