We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes
- Experience with payroll administration and employee benefits design

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee employee benefits design and administration
