Job description
The Events Coordinator will join the BNI team to support the plan/build/execute/reporting of all events (virtual and in person). The Events Coordinator will provide deep insight into our event structure and logistics, and best practices and delivering high performing events. Provide project management expertise throughout while working closely with all internal partners. This role involves creating event programs and managing the whole process from planning, execution, follow up and data analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Good Communication skill
- MS office (word, excel, Power point Presentation) maintain Spread sheets for data analysis.
- Good Skill in Zoom platform for Online Trainings.
- Updating Attendance for the participants who attended the Training in BNI Connect.
- Promoting training among the BNI Members.
- Payment Reconciliation.
- Needs to travel for different place across India.
- Assisting Event Manager with the task assigned.
- Attending to Member queries Training Related.
- Coordinating with Vendors & Finance Team.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in event planning for both virtual and in person events
- Project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Strong attention to detail and decisive learner
- Customer-service orientation with a knack for problem-solving
- Familiarity with process and workflows
- Team player with leadership skills
- Experience in dealing with sponsors and entitlements
- Experience/Success in building marketing mix of promotional activities with aligned/forecasted performance metrics to meet target registration& attendance goals
- Excel proficiency
