Job Overview:
As a Tele Sales Marketing Specialist at APT IT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our range of services, including application development, digital marketing, HR consultancy, website design, and hosting. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, presenting our offerings, understanding client needs, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our IT solutions, digital marketing services, HR consultancy, website design, and hosting.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead qualification, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Present and explain our services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
Listen actively to client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, gather insights, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to help improve our services and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships over the phone.
Familiarity with IT solutions, digital marketing, and website development concepts is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability to changing market dynamics and client needs.
Prior experience in selling technology services or digital solutions is advantageous.
