Job description
Requirements:
● Software Development Experience: 4 to 10 years
● Mortgage Experience: 2 years working in the mortgage industry (not required but preferred)
● Experience with No Code/ Low Code Technologies such as Appian, Pega, Decisions, or Outsystems.
● Bachelors or Masters in Computers or Information Technology.
● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
● Experience with popular web application frameworks and a solid grasp of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
● Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
● Experience in design, coding, unit testing, and debugging software.
● Knowledge of Web Services, specifically REST APIs.
● Demonstrated knowledge of the full lifecycle of application development.
● Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and integrate new solutions with existing systems.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct technical investigations and evaluations.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand projects from both client and business perspectives.
● Experience working in an Agile development environment.
● Knowledge of version control and code control.
Responsibilities:
● Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
● Engages with customers or clients and completes development tasks on time.
● Attends and participates in scrum related ceremonies.
● Assist the internal team with accomplishing tasks related to streamlining process, customer sales, and client relationships.
● Working on agile projects with a diverse team in different time zones.
● Participates in development and testing for client projects.
● Document application development processes.
