Skills Required

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries: Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers and provide accurate and timely responses to their queries, requests, or complaints. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while interacting with customers.
2. Provide product or service information: Familiarize oneself with the company's products or services and maintain up-to-date knowledge of features, pricing, promotions, and any relevant changes. Clearly and accurately communicate product or service information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
5. Responsible for day-to-day operations with regard to TAT, Quality & Error free processing for customer request.
6. Responsible for the documentation and implementation of operational processes and controls identified.

Educational Qualifications
• Graduation: Any Stream (Mandatory)

Experience Level (If applicable)
• Minimum experience in years – 0 to 4 years
• Good knowledge of card industry knowledge.
• Exposure to banking/fintech preferable.
