We are looking for educators to teach graphic design and interface design to IX-XII grade government school children on a contractual basis.
As an educator, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young minds and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers. You will work on a 1-year contract, with a salary of Rs. 60,000–80,000 per month in hand, all-inclusive.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality graphic design and interface design lessons
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student learning and engagement
- Use various teaching strategies and techniques to cater to the diverse learning needs of the students
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement effective design education programs
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the curriculum as appropriate
- Foster a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving among students
- Ensure a safe and secure learning environment for students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BDes/MDes) in Design is a must
- Two years of experience in industry or teaching would be an additional skills
- Strong knowledge of design principles, software, and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and stakeholders
- Passion for teaching and working with young people
- Commitment to high-quality education and continuous learning
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Must be willing to work in person in Delhi on a contractual basis for 1 year.
