Senior Vice President / Global Delivery Head -Application Developement
Experience :- 22- 30 years Education :- BE/MCA / Msc Location :- Bangalore Key requirements: Overall 22+ experience in the IT services industry with a minimum 16 years+ of experience covering offshore delivery management for either a large accounts ( > 600 people) or a set of multiple accounts. Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery team s of 1000 + people. Must have strong domain expertise in BFSI and Healthcare verticals. Driving Revenue growth, profitability and best practices within accounts. Carry out periodic reviews and Audits with Account Delivery Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery. Provide project level guidance to the teams across accounts to effectively ensure adherence to Scope, Schedules, Cost and Quality for project delivery Significantly involved in the Presales/Solutioning, Program Management, Knowledge Management, Competency Building, and Solution offering Development, Technical Reviews, Financial Management and People Management. Efficient customer/escalation management Skills. Must have good experience in handling agile & waterfall model projects. Point of escalation for all the delivery related issues manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve issues. Ensure the continued scalability of the company technology platform by identifying potential bottlenecks at an early stage, re-factoring existing features where needed and making sure new features scale horizontally. Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, Delivery management and coding standards. Provide domain & technical thought leadership, develop solutions and resource competencies to meet customer requirements. Should have been experienced in managing large FPP projects atleast in the range of $3 to 5m USD and accounts in the range of 10-15mUSD at the minimum. Well-versed with quality management processes, must have awareness to Management Metrics, ISO / CMMi processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering / marketing or equivalent from a premier Institute. 22+ years experience with IT services industry with experience in handling delivery/ program management for larger enterprise clients (preferably banking/Healthcare customers). Must have good understanding of technologies like .NET, Java, Cloud, , Devops and Mobile, prior technical experience is preferred. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. Strong customer facing experience in US/ Europe is must, should have spent considerable time in client facing roles.
