CANDIDATES FROM MUMBAI LOCATION ONLY CAN APPLY! Role - U.S Collections in International BPO

Responsibilities -Â

• Developing payment plans, locating debtors (US Customers) in order to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments.
• To negotiate payment settlements on recoverable debt.
• U.S Collections

Required Candidate profile -

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO - Collections/Retentions experience mandatory in 3rd Party Collections Process.

Other Details -

Qualification - HSC +Â1 year of International BPO - Collections/Retentions experience mandatory in 3rd Party Collections Process
Days of Working - Mon-Friday working

Days Off - Sat + Sun Fixed offÂ

System will be providedÂÂ

U.S Night Shift
Work Timings - 10 hours shift between the shift window (6:30pm to 10:30am)
Location - Mumbai

Salary Details - Upto Rs.40,000 Gross + Rs.5,000 Transport Allowance + Incentives
