Resolution of Gold / Account irregularities.
Ensure rectification of Customer queries and complaints within timelines
Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from legal teams in ZO/HO
Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow-up for approval to hand over the gold to police
Timely attending the court hearings by liaising with advocates
