Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Call Centre position at JioAds located in Palghar. The Call Centre representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer issues
- Computer literacy skills for navigating through software and systems to handle customer inquiries
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
