Project Manager / Service Coordinator (Hybrid Role)

About the Role
This is a new role due to growing demand in the region to provide crucial support to our professional services delivery team. This is a hybrid role with approximately 50/50 split between Project Manager and Service Operations Manager responsibilities. This role requires working adjusted hours to service our customers located across the APJC region. A role is responsible for coordinating communication between the business and field teams and managing resource assignment. You will need to understand the professional service offerings, how they are delivered, sales motion, and use case requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure service engagements are kicked off smoothly, progress in a timely manner, and conclude with value delivered to the customer. A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing technical implementation projects and ensuring projects are completed successfully. You will encounter a variety of projects ranging in scope and complexity, collaborating with demanding internal and external stakeholders.
