Senior Engineer/Technical Lead
Within the matrix organization of Engineering Competence Center, the Software Engineer is in charge of Embedded SW development for Flight Control Computers, in order to deliver software that meet the requirements coming from a Business Line (B/L), with the adequate quality and maturity level, within schedule and budget. Qualifications: BE / BTech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Working experience in Defense\military\Aerospace products development is desirable. Location: Anchorage-2, 100/2, Wing-A, Richmond Rd, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for design and development of low-level software/firmware for aerospace domain Work in an agile team in all the phases of software development (requirement analysis, design, coding, unit testing and functional testing) Collaborate with a cross-functional team for execution of new requirements Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost ยท Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team Minimum Skills/Experience: Should have 5-10 years of experience in Embedded SW development, primarily with Board Support Package and device drivers Sound knowledge in Embedded C development for MPU (PowerPC, ARM, Intel etc.) or MCU (AVR, Renesas, STM etc.) Good working experience in HW abstraction layer, board bring-up. Experience in writing and optimizing device drivers for I/O peripherals like GPIO, Timer, UART, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, PCI, Flash etc. Exposure to complete Software Development Life Cycle (development and testing) Sound knowledge of testing process (unit testing, integration testing) Experience in cross compiler platform Linux and/or RTOS Knowledge of configuration management tools - GIT / Jenkins / JIRA Knowledge of safety standards in Aerospace (DO-178B/C), Automotive (ISO 26262) or Railways domain Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job tags
