Responsibilities:

3. Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations specific to the IT sector and communicate updates to the HR team and relevant stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and legal, to address compliance issues and provide guidance on resolution.
5. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on HR compliance matters in the context of the IT environment.
