As a result of our ongoing success in securing large-scale projects for 2023, we are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our Building Services Department in Bangalore.
Responsibilities - Handling all aspects of HVAC design and management.
- Developing comprehensive design briefs.
- Demonstrating proven experience in HVAC systems design.
- Conducting load and system calculations.
- Utilizing HVAC system modelling techniques.
- Performing hydraulic analysis of air and water systems.
- Contributing to both conceptual and detailed HVAC system designs.
- Creating system schematics throughout all design stages.
- Producing engineering designs, drawings, and documents.
- Writing specifications for projects.
- Working on Building Management Systems by developing systems architecture, specifications, and control strategies through all design stages.
Qualifications - A primary degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of building design experience, specifically within hi-tech industry projects.
- The ability to work collaboratively in teams is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills are valued.
