Job description
We have an opening for talented technical professionals with experience in consulting and a proven history of successful delivery of projects leveraging Microsoft Office 365 for mid-market and enterprise clients. The lead consultant is responsible to architect, develop, evangelize, and governs the client’s digital workplace capabilities through the Microsoft 365 Platform and Microsoft Azure. The lead consultant leads the client’s strategy, projects, and processes for digital workplace solutions.
The lead consultant will ensure that the technology meets the client’s business goals, maximize their business value from information technology investments, and unleashes overarching innovation for the clients. Responsibilities : Ability to architect and implement complex client solutions around critical initiatives, best practices, and guiding principles Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, staff, and vendors Providing leadership and mentorship to the team Stays current with technology trends, specifically in the areas of intranets, digital workplace, user experience, online collaboration, and mobile spaces · Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solution. · Generate technical and functional requirements through structured meetings and workshops. · Collaborate as part of delivery teams which may include engagement managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and other change management professionals. · Share best practices with internal team members and clients · Implement rapid business solutions using the Power Platform that solved business problems and drive automation · Demonstrated ability to work on and potentially lead multiple projects simultaneously · Participate in business development effort by facilitating statement of work and scoping sessions · Manage client expectations throughout a project Qualifications: Solid technical acumen, including a complete system understanding of IT including a strong working knowledge of IT governance and operations A minimum of 7 years of software development experience Strong understanding of the following technologies: Entire Microsoft 365 Platform Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL Identity Management with Azure Active Directory. .NET framework Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) PowerShell Azure Devops Pipeline Familiarity using Angular,NODE, JSON, jQuery, SPFX, MS Graph API, NPM, REACT, Handlebars, GULP Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clarify complicated technical concerns to non-technical individuals Experience presenting proposals to senior management to gain buy-in and encourage specific actions or strategies Proven ability to collaborate and work with many teams at all levels, including senior level and executive leaders, to develop team vision and strategies and gain buy-in from team members Experience with Agile, Scrum or iterative implementation Interpersonal skills · Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient · Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team orientation · Strong business writing and verbal communication skills · High-level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality · Strong commitment to customer satisfaction · Demonstrate excellent time management · Strong drive to build practice as a business and upsell more work · Demonstrated Initiative and positive can-do attitude · Ability and desire to pursue applicable practice professional development and certifications · Acceptable to change in daily and weekly work routines · Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
