Job description
Role: Engineer Quality to Lead Quality Department of Plastics injection molding unit, responsible for Strategic Thinking, Ensuring Zero customer complaints, while ensuring Quality compliance of the systems for products as well as Process for certifications viz., ISO 9001, AS9001, EN 15085 and ISO 13485 and shall be directly reporting to Plant Quality.
Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Tool & Die Making. Experience : 4 to 6 Years. Skills Required Ø Measurement system analysis. Ø Geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Ø Outstanding communication skills. Ø Proficient in MS Office. Ø In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Problem solving. Effective interaction with other departments/suppliers. Ø Willingness to learn new methods and systems. Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ø Sound judgment and decision making. Job Responsibilities: - Ensure that the finished products undergo final inspection as per the WI for Final Inspection. Co-ordinates Inward, In-process and Supplier inspection. Formulates and Co-ordinates corrective and preventive action based on non-conformities. Co-ordinates incoming inspection of first article materials. Co-ordinates production and shipment of first article products Prepare and maintains Quality Inspection Plan/ Checklists in respective areas. Maintains master list of all documents with the latest revision status. Train the operators in general quality aspects. Ensures corrective and preventive action is taken for all system and product non-conformance. Prepare and maintains Quality Inspection Plan/ Checklists in respective areas. Control and monitors pilot production. Statistical Quality Control in respective areas. Shift arrangements in Quality Assurance. . CTC : 3.5 to 4.5 Lakhs PAJob tags
