Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of our offerings to prospects. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce our products/services to potential customers and articulate their features and benefits.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with communication standards.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales will be advantageous.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
