Job description
We are looking to hire a lawyer expert in EPC Contracting for our in-house legal team based out of New Delhi.Ideal skills for this role include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for engineering, procurement & construction, operations & maintenance, including purchase orders, service contracts and term sheets. Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation & acquiring internal approvals for the mentioned contracts. Drafting notices/letters to vendors or contractors as per the business requirement. Working closely with multiple internal stake-holders for the timely closure of contracts.Experience & Qualifications: 1-5 years post-qualification with prior experience in renewable energy sector will be preferred. Bachelors of Law preferably from reputed institute
