Job description
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing ML models specifically for insurance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineering to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and transform data science prototypes into practical machine learning solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze data to prepare it for model training.
- Design and develop machine learning systems that can efficiently process large datasets.
- Choose appropriate algorithms and architectures based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand insurance processes, risk assessment, and claims management.
- Design and develop machine learning models tailored for insurance use cases, including fraud detection, underwriting, and customer segmentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Java, or similar).
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
- Solid understanding of data science principles and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
