Job description

BHR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

In this role, you will leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to establish partnerships and secure new business deals. You will conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and develop customized solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback on market developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies and ensure our products and services are positioned competitively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Provide regular market feedback and insights to leadership to guide product and service development.

• Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and promote company services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Previous experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR trends and regulations is a plus.
