Sinali Experiences Pvt Ltd invites enthusiastic individuals to become part of our upcoming venture in Kanha National Park, MP.
Sinali Experiences’s maiden destination is going to be a nine key luxury offering, located on the banks of River Banjar near to the Khatiya side of Kanha National Park. As we prepare to launch, we're seeking dedicated professionals who share our commitment to sustainability, outstanding service, and an authentic connection with nature. Important: Candidates with more than 8 years experience will not be considered. HEAD CHEF Responsibilities · Design & Implement Menu to provide the ultimate food experience · Ensure high quality & hygiene for any food produced - for Guests and Staff · Be up to date and creative with food presentation · Manage Staff Canteen · Regular Guest interaction to deliver the best guest experience · Monitor quality and care of Equipment · Minimise wastage in both Staff & Guest Kitchens - Stock Rotation & Control · Ensure proper handovers & timely requests for a smooth operation in the team & with other departments · Monitor the kitchen garden & ensure usage of its produce on a regular basis · Active participation in the lodge events and activities · Conduct proper training of staff and ensure growth in the team Skills · Educational qualification to involve a reputed Hotel Management institute · Maximum 6-8 years of Industry experience with at least 2-4 years of high-quality operations · Able to calculate food costs and understand kitchen budget · Excellent communication skills · Good understanding of computers · Good knowledge about food, menu & dietary requirement · Good understanding of hygiene, licences and safety requirements · Eager and prepared to work in a remote location and ready to adapt · Energy & Stamina · Ability to train & manage staff · Open to give & receive feedback Requirements before applying · Have a clear idea of the position you have applied for · Ensure your CV is up to date & true to what you have mentioned · References provided should be contactable · Clear any doubts about the place of work & expectation before applyingJob tags
