Job description
As part of this role, Analyst responsible for performing client onboarding and ensure doc workflow is created and documents are requested and completed for downstream team to open the account.
Responsibilities
Handling and maintenance of confidential client documentation
Processing onboarding request of commercial client s basis the products and services offered by the bank.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor s Degree (or) Graduate Degree
The candidate should be well versed in working on the below documents.
Core signor authorization (CSA)
Business signature card (BSC)
FINCIN (Beneficial Ownership Certification)
W9
Certificate Regarding Account (CRA)
Must be able to work and contribute effectively in stressful situation.
Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data
Client focused with strong customer service skills (e.g. oral and written communication skills)
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high volume work schedule
Experience adhering to controls and compliance standards
Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly
Possess strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced production environment
Flexibility of operating hours to include overtime, holidays
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Shift Timings- Rotational Shift
100% Work from Office
Years of experience needed:
Experience - Minimum 6Months to 2 Years experience
Technical / Non-Technical Skills:
Good Knowledge of MS-Office
