Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Barista at The Fresh Factory in Lucknow. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, food preparation, and providing excellent guest service. This is an on-site role and the Barista will be expected to work closely with our team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a welcoming and friendly demeanor with customers
- Experience as a Barista, with knowledge of different types of coffee and tea preparation
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi
- Customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed customer expectations
- Food preparation skills, including knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- An interest in clean eating, sustainability, and healthy living
- Experience in a cafe or restaurant environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Food Handling is a plus
