SalesKen, is building a revolutionary AI based assistant- to transform how sales conversations are conducted. Our product gives you incredible insights into the last mile of customer-salesperson interactions. Here you will get to work on the latest tech in AI, including Deep Neural networks, Advanced Speech to text Engines, NLP, Machine learning, and cutting-edge UI technologies.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven performance marketing to drive new user acquisition for Salesken's SaaS product across various digital marketing disciplines and channels. This role will leverage cutting edge digital marketing vehicles to partner with internal teams to ideate, design, execute and measure global digital user acquisition campaigns. This role will be a hands on role and will lead a small team of 2-3 marketing specialist

What you will do:

1. Deep understanding of paid social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter

2. Understand the organisation's vision and what it means for digital marketing, and align digital marketing goals to the vision.

3. Create the overall digital marketing strategy, build and execute the plan to meet stated business goals, and drive its execution.

4. Responsible for organic and paid growth strategies, SEO, SEM and Analytics

5. Manage the digital marketing budget.

6. Experience with programmatic media buying and display marketing/retargeting

7. Extensive search/Pay Per click (PPC experience)

8. Strong analytics background and ability to critically analyze and leverage performance data to measure and optimize campaign performance

9. Thorough understanding of product-focused content and messaging to storytell the benefits and customer pain points through innovative and unique campaigns.

10. Thorough understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo and SFDC preferred)

11. Experience with strategy development to drive relevant traffic to the company web properties

12. Skilled in audience segmentation and persona targeting

13. Experience with Adobe marketing cloud a plus

What we look for:

1. 6-8 years of relevant experience in inbound marketing or performance marketing in high growth B2B SaaS companies who have a US presence.

2. Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

3. Exceptional organic & SEO skills and active user of social media

4. Familiarly with growth hacking tools in addition to experience with web analytics tools (e. g. Google/Adobe Analytics) and BI tools (e. g. Tableau, DOMO)

5. Exceptional writing and editing skills*Basic HTML + design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, etc.) preferred

6. Proven ability to build consensus and work quickly and effectively within a cross-departmental team

7. A reputed B school is an added plus
