Job description
The Senior Associate – Finance will be responsible for the day to day Admin, Finance and HR functions of the concerned project and to ensure that all the procedures are in line with the organization's processes and policies/guidelines in coordination with the state team. He/she will be responsible for the office management, logistics support to the team, coordinating with central Admin, Finance and HR team, budgeting, accounting, asset management, payments to the vendors' / staff reimbursements and financial reporting to state Office. The position of Sr. Associate – Finance demands for a responsibility of managing all office requirements and working as part of the Admin, Finance and HR departments and proper coordination with program team and central operations team.
