Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within Experience Cloud provides a platform for designing cross-channel customer experiences and provides an environment for visual campaign orchestration, real time interaction management and cross channel execution. It is built natively on the Adobe Experience Platform and combines a unified, real-time customer profile, an API-first open framework, centralized offer decisioning, and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for personalization and optimization
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Sr Engineering Manager to drive the development and evolution of mobile SDKs that allow customers to craft interactive experiences in their mobile apps. These SDKs are embedded in the mobile apps of many Fortune 500 companies and other large businesses. At Adobe, we process billions of hits per week from these mobile apps. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring highly skilled engineers and build highly effective engineering teams within an Agile environment. As a senior engineering manager, you will work closely with Architects and Product Managers to convert concepts into reality and build & deliver high-quality, scalable and high-performant services and frontend to the digital experience cloud.
What you'll do
Mentor and lead a strong team to Design, Create and Maintain features in our Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs using the iOS|Android|Roku|Amazon|Flutter|React Native platforms.
Partner with global product management, engineering and operations leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices, roadmap and release plans
Drive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of initiatives.
Continuously follow new trends in the marketplace and find ways to implement these in our mobile SDKs to provide customers more innovative ways to interact and engage with their users to create mobile experiences
Develop and evolve engineering processes and teamwork models, applying creative problem solving to optimize team efficiency
Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent.
What you need to succeed
B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a premier institute.
13+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in management role
Proven experience in leading Mobile technology oriented teams and projects with knowledge of iOS|Android|Roku|Amazon|Flutter|React Native platforms.
Strong technical skills with experience in designing & developing enterprise applications
Experience in developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers and engineering managers towards delivering timely , high-quality software as a team
Bold and not afraid to take on unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
Consistent track record in recruiting and building robust teams
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others
