we required candidate for the post of Head of Sourcing Department at Healthcare
company in mumbai
Salary 60000-85000 per month (depends on the experience), 6-7 years.
International Fast-growing company is looking for Head of Sourcing Dep. to join our team. We are looking for proactive, openminded, and hardworking person to help company achieve new horizons, execute ongoing and new projects.
Group of companies with offices in Mumbai, Dubai, and Moscow is involved in API trading and CMO around the world. Vision of company is to develop product portfolio, increase world presence, move deeper to manufacturing stages for majority of APis, as well develop new projects such as Vitamins/Nutraceutical, Intermediates, FDF.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), pharma laboratory consumables (columns, filters, lab chemicals, impurities, reference standards) etc.
- Establishing connections and building relationships with suppliers from different countries (India, China and etc.)- negotiating the best prices.
- Building a substance library for quick search and ordering.
- Providing rates & COA of above-mentioned items, from several competitive manufacturers to the Sales Team.
- Follow-up for deliveries of orders placed.
- Coordinating with manufacturers/suppliers from prompt receipt of quotations and supplies.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Pharma API manufacturers in Indian.
- Contacts of API & Pharma laboratory consumables (columns, filters, lab chemicals, impurities, reference standards), equipments manufacturers.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
