Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of food processing techniques, ingredient functionality, and formulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time management skills.
Roles And Responsibilities - Conduct research and development to formulate new food products in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for improving food quality, taste, and shelf life
- Perform sensory evaluation and analysis of food samples to ensure adherence to desired specifications
- Conduct experiments and trials to optimize food production processes and maximize efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify potential product opportunities
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials for product development
