Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic business development plans, and you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, preferably in the same industry, and a proven track record of success in sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, are essential for this role.
