SuccessFactors Certification: Possess relevant SuccessFactors certifications, with a focus on Employee Central.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR and system-related challenges.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest SuccessFactors updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate.
Knowledge of Power BI & Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
