About the Role
Title: Counsellor

Reporting to: DSO Manager

Role:
We seek a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counsellor include supporting the team with developing and monitoring counselling support for the team and providing closing assistance as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Demonstrating how to Connect to students who have enquired about programs on a daily basis
● Tracking Follow-up with the students and ensuring all doubts of the students are cleared for self and for the teammates ● Assisting the team with admission closures as and when it is required.
● Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals.
● Develop rapport with other inter-department colleagues
● Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities.
● Mentoring and driving the productivity of immediate teammates
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in any stream.
● Excellent active listening and communication skills.
● Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
● Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills
