Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team as Client Tech Support

Agents. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our I-STEM

initiative by providing exceptional technical support and building positive relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass both inbound and outbound calls, actively supporting clients

through:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsive inbound call handling: • Answer incoming calls from clients seeking technical assistance related to I-STEM

technologies and services. • Actively listen to client concerns and troubleshoot technical issues with expertise and

empathy. • Resolve problems independently or escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. • Guide clients through solutions and best practices for optimal I-STEM utilization.

Proactive outbound outreach: • Make outbound calls to clients for onboarding, follow-up support, and proactive solution

updates. • Identify potential client needs and suggest relevant solutions or resources proactively. • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and building long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience: • Any bachelor's degree /Engineering Diploma • Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role with experience

in both inbound and outbound calls (strong performers with less experience will also be

considered). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced

environment. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant computer applications. • Excellent phone communication skills with a clear, friendly voice and active listening abilities.
