Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Assistant. The Event Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting in event planning, managing event logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Event Assistant will be located in Pune.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in event planning or management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event planning software is a plus point.
