Hiring for one of the large FMCG company in Ahmedabad.

Job Description:

Develop a complete innovation funnel & work with cross functional teams to deliver on same with a leading role in NPD responsibilities.
Ideate collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities both for India and international market.

Coordinate with the Sales team in devising strategic trade initiatives & trade related activities including in-store demo program.

Analyzing & reviewing market requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.

Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets, competitors and implement area specific promotional plans

Developing annual brand plans in association with the sales teams.

Design & execute an annual broad Marketing plan
Competitive Intelligence : Collect & recraft plans as applicable
