Experience: 2- 5 years

Job Description: - Experience in IT Staffing or Consultancies.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Contract Staffing(C2H)
- Excellent communication skills & well experience on Recruitment Lifecycle.
- Having thorough knowledge on End-to-End recruitment.
- Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, shortlisting through various sources like Job boards, referrals, internal databases & free and paid job postings.
- Handled Staff augmentation contract hiring.
- Exposed working on all types of IT requirements.
