Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Room Attendant. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Daily tasks will include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies in guest rooms. Room Attendants will also assist guests with any housekeeping or laundry requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to lift and transport cleaning supplies and equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is a plus
