Job Description:

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service through outbound calls. You will engage with potential customers, existing clients, or leads to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process. Your ability to establish rapport, communicate persuasively, and effectively manage customer relationships will contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls through automated dialer to potential customers from provided leads or lists to introduce products/services and explain their benefits.

 Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and addressing questions or concerns.

 Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotional offers to encourage sales conversions.

 Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and requirements.

 Document call outcomes, customer interactions, and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.

 Follow up with leads and maintain a proactive approach to nurture long-term customer relationships.

 Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner.

 Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

 Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

 Participate in training sessions to enhance communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Skills Required:

 Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.

 Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

 Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

 Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully.

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems for call documentation.

 The goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Adaptability to new products, services, and changing market dynamics.

 Empathy and patience to provide exceptional customer service.

 Time management skills to effectively manage call volumes and follow-up activities.
