• Patient Consultation: Meet with patients to discuss their medical history, perform examinations, and provide counseling on fertility-related issues
• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans for individuals or couples struggling with fertility issues, including recommending assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as IVF
• IVF Procedures: Oversee and perform IVF procedures, including ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, and embryo transfer
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor patients throughout the fertility treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on monitoring results
• Counseling: Provide emotional and psychological support to patients dealing with fertility challenges
• Discuss potential risks and benefits of treatments
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and contribute to research in the field
• Implement innovative techniques and technologies
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes
