We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab is designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. Its invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate all Purchase & Vendor Management, Renovation, Construction related tasks and project management.
   
2. Create accurate timelines and budgets, and find ways of reducing timelines and budgets.
   
3. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders, and report with the help of PM tools.
   
4. Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
   
5. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
   
6. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to accurately define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
   
7. Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.
   
8. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate project updates.
   
9. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify and resolve issues, and monitor compliance with project plans and specifications.
   
10. Coordinate and manage all project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution.
    
11. Monitor and control project costs, closely tracking expenditures, addressing cost overruns, and initiating corrective actions.
    
12. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    
13. Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure that construction work complies with established specifications and standards.
    
14. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
    
15. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
   

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, managing medium to large-scale projects.
   

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
   

4. Proficiency in project management tools, software, and methodologies.
   

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
   

6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
   

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   

8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
   

9. Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
   

10. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
