Website: Job Overview: As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Trydan Tech, you will play a key role in understanding business cases, crafting Business proposals, and exploring diverse avenues for expansion. Your responsibilities will include finding government tenders, creating business plans, and delivering impactful presentations. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), leveraging government schemes to our advantage, and representing our company at various events. Establishing B2B connections will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Case Understanding: Analyze and understand business cases to identify opportunities for growth and development. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess market trends and competitor activities. 2. Business Proposal Preparation: Develop high-quality business proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantage. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of potential clients and partners. 3. Government Tender Identification: Research and identify government tenders relevant to our industry and develop strategies to pursue them. Build relationships with government agencies to enhance our chances of securing tenders. 4. Business Plan Creation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive business plans outlining strategies for business development, revenue growth, and market expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives. 5. Business Presentation Delivery: Create compelling and visually appealing business presentations to effectively communicate our capabilities, and value proposition. Deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in a persuasive and engaging manner. 6. OEM Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with OEMs to ensure alignment of objectives and foster collaboration opportunities. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with OEMs to drive mutual business success. 7. Government Scheme Implementation: Identify relevant government schemes and initiatives and develop strategies for their implementation to benefit the organization. Liaise with government officials and agencies to facilitate the implementation process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 8. Event Registration : Register for industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our Brand and network with potential clients and partners. 2. Partnership development: Collaborate with clients & governments to co-create tailored solutions and value propositions. Facilitate and manage registration and participation in events, conferences, and trade shows. Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements. 3. B2B networking: Establish and nurture B2B connections with industry players, associations, and organizations to explore collaboration opportunities and expand our network. Leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify and develop B2B connections that benefit the company. Facilitate introductions and collaborations between clients and other relevant businesses. Stay informed about industry trends and Government opportunities to proactively suggest valuable partnerships. 4. Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports to analyze client relationships and partnership effectiveness. Recommend strategies for optimizing client relationships and maximizing partnership value. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Masters in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in client relations, preferably in a B2B environment. Maximum 1-3 years of experience Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Job tags
