Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Appreciate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within the organization. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Allocate resources and ensure resource availability and allocation. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. 3. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Monitor and manage project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 4. Quality Assurance: - Define and enforce project quality standards. - Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet established criteria. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. 5. Team Leadership and Development: - Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Mentor and coach team members, facilitating their professional growth and development. - Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the project team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience 3-5 years as a Project Manager in the fintech industry or related field. - Strong understanding of financial services and fintech products. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Highly organized with keen attention to detail. - PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.Job tags
